Rina McNairn - Owner (RMT and ART trained)
Rina is an experienced and passionate massage therapist. She has been working as an RMT for over 18 years, beginning her full time professional career at a busy sports clinic in January of 2001. Since then she has had incredibly meaningful experiences volunteering for two medical treks in Nepal where she was looking for new limits and challenges. This life-changing experience inspired her to open her own massage therapy business. Her dream came true in August of 2010 when she opened body + mind - sports massage therapy with the manifest to bring a warm, healing experience to her clients.
Katheryn Cochrane, (RMT, A.R.T. certified)
Katheryn's passion for sport and positive experience with massage therapy has driven her intense interest in the human body and inspired her career as a Registered Massage Therapist and Active Release Techniques (ART) provider.
Marc-Andre Marsolais, RMT
Marc-Andre comes all the way from Gatineau where he grew up camping, and on bikes, skateboards, skis, snowboards, and still loves it all. Nowadays, he prioritizes canoe-camping, mountain biking and skiing. He has lived all over North America and has a varied work background in agriculture, natural health, business, construction/woodworking.
He is a proud father of three.
His strong desire to help others, his passion for health/fitness/wellness, and his love of physical work/dislike for office work, are what drew him to massage therapy. Having experienced all sorts of aches, pains, and injuries helped as well. Marc-Andre is committed to providing you with exceptional care. He constantly reviews and deepens his knowledge base.
Trevor Nootenboom, RMT, Thesis writer of the Canadian College of Osteopathy
Trevor has been a practicing RMT for over 18 years, who has completed his academic training towards becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. At this point, he is working towards the completion of his thesis, which is expected to be finalized in the Fall of 2019.
The bulk of his work these days is with an osteopathic approach to care -that is- full body/holistic. While he is happy to perform more traditional Massage Therapy, his training affords him a different approach to helping people achieve health and wellness, including people with significant health challenges.
